The property exceeded my expectations. Separate doorway and a key code to collect the keys. I arrived late and the light on the drive and light up key box was useful. I was travelling for work so needed somewhere quiet, warm and comfortable. This exceeded my expectations as I was also provided with coffee making facilities and good WiFi!

Amazing location on the country side and very silent and peaceful. The apartments are fabulous. Future vintage very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Absolutely love this place!

Located with professional staff and and lovely clean environment. Good breakfast with great staff. The one chap I didn’t get his name welcoming guests in the morning was exceptional really helpful to my family and I.
You will be well looked after at Hylands with its clean, comfortable accommodation and warm, friendly atmosphere. Bus and train links to the city centre are close to the guest house.

Plenty of space, safe garden for the dog. The beds were comfy and the house had quality fixtures and fittings. Truly excellent communication for the host throughout the process. Well located a few minutes from the M1 and easy to access the whole area. Always managed to park on the street either right outside or a little way along.
Great breakfast good selection, location convenient for both nottingham and Derby, had booked as dog friendly although my lab ended up staying with my parents, they had allocated a room close to an exit which would have been great for her
Spotlessly clean, good sized room, large walk in shower, large car park and was able to park my car opposite the bedroom window, like that I could have taken my dog (hard to find accommodation that allows pets). All the staff we met were happy and helpful. Grounds were kept tidy, ideal location for visiting Nottingham and Derby.
Convenient location and good facilities for an overnight stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The bed was comfortable but not so much the pillows.
Nice to have tea/ coffee making facilities in the room.
Fantastic that you are dog friendly too.
