The building is all wonky and characterful and the room we stayed in was exactly the same. It was perfect for a couple of nights. The pub was lovely and served delicious food and the staff were brilliant.

The scenery, the quietness, the friendly donkeys greeting us, the hut itself had everything you can possible need including wifi. The hosts were friendly and made sure we had all privacy while being available if we need anything. If you are looking for a place to relax away from the rush of city life, I would recommend this place.

Beautiful location, excellent amenities. Kids loved the pool table and dartboard, and our dog had the best time exploring the site. Our 11 year old, who usually hates mornings, wanted to get up early to feed the chickens and collect eggs, she absolutely loved it. The highlight of the trip though was our host Pete! Friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, really made the stay amazing and easy!
The hut was absolutely perfect for what we needed. It was our first holiday away with our dog, and it was really clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Brilliant communication with the owners too who were lovely!

A beautifully laid out and well-appointed holiday let and a thoughtful welcome pack was a lovely touch after our long journey. A superb stay in a really quiet location, great greeting by the host who showed us around, stunning views from every room, walks from the door and dog friendly, a really unique stay in this beautiful place, it's very old fashioned with modern touches, down a lane so off the main road but within a close drive to Llandovery for everything you might need.
Check in was easy and friendly. Room size was good with comfortable facilities and good en-suite. Evening meal in the pub was great and fairly priced, and breakfast was good with full cooked breakfast available or you could just choose whatever bits of the cooked breakfast you wanted if a smaller one was required (plus cereal/juice/tea/ coffee/toast). Dog friendly (2 dogs) in room and bar. Located in the centre of the town, near other pubs and shops, and a few minutes from the castle.
Excellent location, lovely host, we booked it to escape the noise of Bonfire Night (for our two dogs), perfect, no noise, very dog friendly host, warm, cosy, clean house. If you want to get completely away from everything then this is the place. Good TV package and DVD player, excellent Wifi. Could not recommend it enough, will definitely be going back.
Great location in a lovely little village. The staff were super friendly and the evening meals and breakfasts were excellent. Beer was good also.
