Fabulous location, right on the beach with easily accesible walks. The property is very clean, with a large, luxury bathroom, and the service is impeccable. The best part is the view from the terrace - perfect for sitting in the evening and sipping wine. It's lovely waking up in the morning to the sound of the waves.

Very clean, very comfortable and large house to stay in. Angmering is a lovely village. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has the right amenities and never had such a complete house. 2 bathrooms and toilets are a big plus! It felt as if it was ours and not a holiday home.

Rooms clean and welcoming. Lovely clean towels. Facilities had fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchen sink, hairdryer in each room. Thankful for milk in fridge too. Rooms are not interconnected but are separate rooms next to each other. Nice garden area and patio with shared drive with owners house next door, accessible electric car plug point available. Able to shut gates and block bottom so our dogs could run around in garden which they enjoyed too. Remote location but close access to A roads so restaurants, shops and coast all easily accessed. Nice walk up farm lane over fields near old Windmill. Great was dog friendly.

Lovely house in a very quiet location. Close to the beach with parking for one car. House has everything you need for a stay and the kitchen has labels everywhere which are very useful. Nice external area to sit in the sun. Very comfortable en suite master bedroom with separate bathroom upstairs for the other bedrooms. As good as anywhere we have previously stayed so would thoroughly recommend it. 2 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk along the promenade to the pier. As Craig Revell Horwood might say "Fab U Lous"

The location was perfect. Short walk from the beach, town and very peaceful at night ensuring a peaceful nights rest. The hosts were friendly, attentive and informative. Beautiful property with great decor. Pet friendly. Would definitely stay again.
The Location was first class although our room was comfortable the lower level room with the small seated area would have been preferable if it were to have been dog friendly. The breakfast was a great start to the day very refreshing. Richard and Mark were outstanding hosts nothing was too much for them.
