It's the only place I stay at when in Preston. Thank you to your lovely staff who helped us with our suitcases to the top floor with a smile. She insisted in helping, which was very appreciated. Customer service and staff are at your fingertips if you need anything. They are incredible! No. 10 Preston has top notch accommodations, and superb customer service. Location nice and quiet but handy to get to places

Location was really nice. Lovely looking venue.
It Was quite busy when we arrived and the staff seemed quite busy but we were dealt with and looked after really well.
We had a double lake view room and liked the little shared veranda to enable us to sit ouside the room and have dinner in the evening sun.
This is a great location. Have family in Leyland and this is so handy when visiting as just off motorway but feels like right out in countryside. Such a lovely place. Rooms modern, bright and clean.
The surroundings are beautiful, very peaceful and nice to see the ducks, ponies and donkey while walking round the pond. Breakfast which we had in cafe was good. Friendly staff.
very good staff, very supportive and caring, excellent location, loved that it was a farm! Had breakfast overlooking the lake and watching the animals, wonderful! very comfortable bed. Loved the coffee shop! Unique and excellent accommodation.
The location was fabulous, close to things. The house itself was spotlessly clean, and fresh. The beds were so comfortable and spacious, everything was there what we needed aswell. The garden was lovely and clean. There was nothing we could fault throughout the whole property. The host clare was amazing, nothing was too much trouble for her, always reachable if needed to answer any questions. Will definitely recommend this property and the hosts.
