Double motorway road closures on my drive to the property meant a three and a half hour journey became six, I arrived at 01:30 and had to get the owner out of bed. He was extremely kind. Amazing value. Breakfast is superb. Highly recommend!

This was a really lovely peaceful stay. I particularly appreciated receiving all the necessary information before travelling so it was very easy to find everything once I arrived. My canine companion loved the welcome dog biscuits. This was my first time in a hot tub! - Bliss!

The room was lovely, with very well thought out amenities (eg fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, use of space). The bathroom was very well done, with a great shower, lovely towels and a nice velux for natural light. The location really suited me as I was competing at Bury Farm, with the host being easily contactable and going above and beyond to help with accommodating my truck. The host was incredibly friendly and informative, and had I had any problems I imagine he would have been easily contactable and on them right away.

Bedrooms, outside area and all other facilities very comfortable and clean. Living space smart and plenty of seating. Good location with lots of footpaths for varied dog walking. Annexe much better equipped, especially as intended for only 2 people.
