Gorgeous and sumptuous room, with everything of the highest standard. Every afternoon we received a knock at the door with home made cookies and milk for my granddaughter. All the staff (especially reception and room service) were professional, very helpful and friendly.

Our room was quite spacious for a hotel room and the kitchenette was a bonus and quite well stocked with essential utensils. The room was really clean and fresh feeling. Thr large bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great with a fully enclosed shower screen so that water didn't spray out of the shower. At reception there is a free hot drink machine with croissants available in the morning. Other items such as milk, cold drinks and microwave meals can be purchased to save you a trip to the supermarket if you're only staying a short time. The hotel is attached to the shopping centre and cinema. Waverley station is an easy 5 minute walk.

Brilliant, helpful host, and the flat was wonderful; clean, well-equipped, relaxing decor, great views and very cosy even on a chilly day on the Scottish coast! I was in Fife to see family and friends, and it was great that I could bring my dog along, too. We had a really peaceful stay in Kinghorn, and some lovely walks (saw a bit of wildlife, too, with fulmars and porpoises possible to spot from the paths above the beach). Would definitely stay again!
Flat was beautiful and had everything that we needed and more. Ideal location only a 5-10 minute walk from the trainstation/kinghorn beach. Host Colin was lovely, left treats not only for us but for the dog too! And was only a text away if we needed anything. Will definately be returning.
