Very cool hotel. Lots of quirky touches. The rooms are fab with a great minibar with excellent prices. The bar and restaurant are very chilled and food and drinks are great. The breakfasts are huge and so good. The residents lounge with free pick and mix is such a great idea. Location great - not far from the train station but very quiet and easily accessible to all that Edinburgh has to offer. The staff are brilliant - an asset to the organisation. You can Whatsapp them for anything you need.

Lovely little flat with stylish furnishings in great condition and beautifully clean.
Good location near to the few shops and beach. Helpful and quick response to a query. Good Internet.
Lovely hotel, great location, amazing view, nice staff, comfortable bed, clean room, amazing food at the restaurant.Nice arcade area and also several pool tables. Nice breakfast included.
We spent two great realxing days at the property- very well located close to the beach and several walks. Everything you need in the flat was there, very comfortable and homey- really enjoyed it and recommended. Pet friendly!
Brilliant, helpful host, and the flat was wonderful; clean, well-equipped, relaxing decor, great views and very cosy even on a chilly day on the Scottish coast! I was in Fife to see family and friends, and it was great that I could bring my dog along, too. We had a really peaceful stay in Kinghorn, and some lovely walks (saw a bit of wildlife, too, with fulmars and porpoises possible to spot from the paths above the beach). Would definitely stay again!
Flat was beautiful and had everything that we needed and more. Ideal location only a 5-10 minute walk from the trainstation/kinghorn beach. Host Colin was lovely, left treats not only for us but for the dog too! And was only a text away if we needed anything. Will definately be returning.
