Breakfast was lovely and the manager (we didn't catch his name) was so friendly - cooked my colleague an off-the-menu omelette and all. Frodo the pub dog was an absolute delight, I fell in love a bit. Rooms were lovely and clean, furnished really well. Priced so reasonably as well.

Everything about Hazel's House was perfect. It was home from home. The living room was lovely and cosy and the fireplace in the evening was lovely, nice and homely feeling. The views from the garden were amazing so peaceful and tranquil in the morning, enjoyed the view with a nice cup of tea while everyone was asleep. Seeing the sunset from the garden was lovely, never quite as good down south. Facilities were exceptional, shower was powerful which was nice. The mattress was so comfortable, best few nights sleep I have had in a long time. Will definitely be back. Natasha was very helpful, any problems (not that there was any) you could be reassured that she wasn't far away

A comfortable room for my wife & I we had an early flight & the hotel met all our needs. We has a lovely swim, relax in the jacuzzi then hot bath meal early night. Close to Leeds - Bradford airport. I would recommend staying there again.

The location is excellent for amenities and getting to many different places. The ladies that run the breakfast room are absolutely brilliant, helpful, friendly and great ambassadors for the hotel, they can't do enough for you and on the strength of that alone i enjoyed my stay. The sheer range of breakfast as well is very good.

The hotel is clean and welcoming in decor. It is an ideal spot just next to the mulit storey car park 7.40 for 22hours - and a little walk from town. the room is pleasant and the bed was comfortable.

Located in the centre of Skipton so close to everything. Our room was very clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb.

A very pretty characterful property with large public areas. Nice large bath towels and a bottle of bubbles on arrival. Comfy bed and chairs. I stayed with my dog and was provided with a water bowl and dog bed, thank you.
The location was central with ample parking on the main square at the back of the building.

And the dog was allowed in the bar/restaurant for dinner as well as breakfast.
This is our second visit since we enjoyed our first stay so much. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom and shower are good. Great breakfast with different options. The landlord is very friendly and welcoming as well as being a hard worker. Would highly recommend. Don't be put off by having to park in the public car park because it's only a few yards away. quiet location, easy parking, great facilities, great location within walking distance of the lovely town with lots of eateries, dog friendly, all the locals are delightful, close drive to great attractions nearby, beautiful scenery...the list goes on. Great shops too! Treated ourselves whist the sales team supplied the dog with treats! Gift from owner on arrival. Won't spoil the surprise!
The Black Hat gave us a very warm welcome. It’s a very dog friendly place and the dogs were treated to a welcome pack each! The food was great. We met the manager who cooked us a lovely breakfast. It is in a fantastic location within Ilkley town centre - handy for dog walks and other dog friendly places to grab a drink. Loved it.
