We loved everything about our stay the lodge was excellent clean welcoming and like home from home gavin and Amy were brilliant in everything lovely couple felt like they were friends we hadn't seen for a while very welcoming and down to Earth wish we had booked for too nights as didn't want to leave defiantly book again

Ideal location for our needs on this side of Huddersfield just off the M62. Excellent restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Very friendly staff at both premises. Good bathroom and very good breakfast, everything you would expect and more were available. 11am checkout saved rushing.

The whole experience was a joy from start to finish . The staff were very friendly and helpfull and the facilities were first class . Breakfast was included in the overall price and was first class . The location was easy to find and accessable and the taxi service from and back to the hotel is very good and competitively priced . We will definately be going back .

The apartment itself was fine. Beds were averagely comfortable and all the facilities were there (kettle, stove, TV). Probably don't need a TV in both bedrooms. Also, focus on getting the basics right (like a toilet lid that fits properly) before you install mirrors with Bluetooth etc. The location was convenient for us as we were passing through Huddersfield and the host gave us good instructions on how to find the property.

Private studio attached to main house. Everything was provided. Dianne and Michael go above and beyond to provide treats, biscuits, milk, tea, coffee, choice in the fridge and bathroom soaps etc. What a pleasure. Large section with relaxing outlook, including squirrels and a Robin. After a day in the sun exploring it was lovely to have a drink in the garden-September.

It was great. Pet friendly, outside was a little beer garden and it was great for the dog. Inside was a lovely layout, rooms very clean and shower was great!!

We searched far and wide for a lovely place to stay with out dog, we managed to get a kid free night but not a dog free one. Absolutely loved everything about this place.. location, decor, clean, comfortable, dog friendly and lovely food.
Good location in fact we had an activity happening on site so perfect. Really dog friendly with lots green space and walks on doorstep. Room was reasonable size and clean. Large shared kitchen area with fridges and freezer and cooking equipment. We stayed over a weekend in July and students had mainly gone home. Venue bar area still open. Free parking. Felt safe.

Extras in room were appreciated - ironing board/iron,selection of tea,hot chocolate and coffee, sleep well package with mask and ear plugs. Loved the welcome treats for our dog Mac , the dog bed and dog menu! The access door to outside made dogs walks very easy.Location was perfect.
Nice size room and good kitchen. Ideal location with plenty of parking. I was anxious as never stayed in halls before but it was absolutely fine. No noise from anyone and good amenities. Dog friendly with no extra fees which is a massive bonus for me. Received detailed instructions of check in with advice to leave luggage in the car.
