Great location. Staff lovely, very friendly. Lovely restaurant just out the back. Canel with river boats on it just out the back too. Very central for a lot of place. Sainsburys just along the road and a McDonald's just further along. Few petrol stations around at reasonable prices and train station across the road. Will be returning next year
The breakfast was good. Lots of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.our room was a little tired and the shower attachment loose.Comfortable bed. The setting of the hotel is wonderful.it’s an old grand building in need of some maintenance.Ideal setting for the golf course. Dog friendly.Situated in a lovely location.
Very comfortable, light and airy apartment in a central location with great views across the park and town. Good amenities, with nearly everything you'd need for a short stay. Very handy for visiting the Warner Brothers Harry Potter studios in Watford. Also dog friendly, which was a bonus.
The staff were absolutely lovely, they really elevated the experience for us with how friendly and helpful they were. The room had everything we needed and the amount of tea/coffee/milk they provided in the room was an extra bonus. The location is great and the breakfast was amazing. Our little dog left feeling super spoilt too, dog friendly is an understatement!
It served a purpose but wasn’t the cleanest tbh. stained walls etc. I had a pet friendly room which apparently means being number 400 on the room list, as if your dog is going to cause mayhem :)
great location and brilliant if you have a family pet as there are loads of places to walk them. Rooms are basic but spotless and well maintained. Bar facility is a great place to relax and dog friendly with the bonus of lovely grounds surrounding the hotel.
The employees were friendly and the room had all the basics needed. I appreciate that they’re pet friendly and they have a great field for dog walking just behind the conference centre.
