Lovely heritage building, great location, really friendly staff, and the food is excellent. I felt like a guest at a friend's country home rather than a hotel guest.

A lovely characterful property with a great layout. The fish decor and corrugated walls won't suit all, but we were very comfortable. Hay is about 10nminutes drive away. Be aware that the satnav takes you to a house down the road towards Hay, so head past that and turn right down the gated road with other cottages listed.
