I recently stayed at this hotel and was left thoroughly disappointed. First of all, the advertising is completely misleading. They boast about luxurious amenities, but in reality, the shower facilities are subpar at best. The water pressure was terrible, and the temperature fluctuated constantly, making it nearly impossible to enjoy a decent shower.
The management is another issue—they're dishonest and seem completely unbothered by the state of their hotel. I brought up several concerns, and while they agreed to refund me due to the poor experience, I'm still waiting for that refund weeks later with no resolution in sight.
The noise levels are unbearable. Every night, there was loud music and shouting until the early hours of the morning, making it impossible to get any sleep. It felt more like a nightclub than a hotel.
The cleanliness of the hotel is appalling. The floors were filthy, and worst of all, they didn’t even bother to change the bed sheets! It was obvious that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned before my stay.
All in all, this place is a disaster. Avoid it if you value cleanliness, honesty, and a good night's rest. And don’t trust their refund promises—I'm still waiting for mine!

Food was amazing in the evening and for breakfast and staff were very helpful with any requests i couldn't fault it.
Room was clean and presented well with everything you would expect for this type of accommodation, plenty of towels, and once heating was on it was nice and warm.
Perfect location for an overnight or two while touring, would certainly consider this hotel again.
Plenty of car parking too.

Neat and tidy, comfortable first floor flat. Kitchen so self catering an option. Sunny bedroom. Lots of cleaning products provided. Good location with supermarkets close by.
Offering a variety of animal-adapted amenities, these properties provide a pet-friendly stay. Services may include sitting services, specialized bedding and dog walking. Some hotels even offer quirky perks like a gourmet room service menu for pets, as well as catnip and scratch poles.
Breakfast was good shower amazing staff brilliant.
Bed to soft ( I prefer a harder mattress.) When taking my medication soon after arrival I couldn't find one of the two tablets I take, my husband said "here it is you dropped it" and gave me a white capsule from just under the bed. It was definately not mine. Luckily there was not a small child sharing the room as they could have found it. . Apart from that the stay was great.
The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and quite spacious. We stopped here on our way to Aberdeen(flying into Edinburgh late in the evening), the location was ok for that, I'm not sure if there is lots to do in Glenrothes though.
Clean nice apartment. Host (Peter) was very active in communication and providing good instructions for check-in and check-out. Very good central location just next to big mall and Bus station. Car parking just outside on the road but easily available
Spacious room but a bit dated. Usual story with most places that offer 'dog friendly' - they put you in the older rooms which need updating, not the nice updated ones in the pictures. And charge you extra lol. Good sized room, bathroom and kingsize bed though. Breakfast was a good portion.
