The White Horse is a beautiful Grade II-listed pub in the heart of Dorking with atmospheric dining areas, serving an award-winning fresh and seasonal menu, and a cosy oak beamed bar with fireplace. The 56 characterful bedrooms all have private bathrooms, wifi, Bramley toiletries and baked treats on arrival. The pub is very family friendly and a number of rooms accommodate dogs. On the edge of the Surrey Hills AONB, with a direct train link to London and Gatwick Airport just 12 miles away, the local attractions of Denbies Vineyard and Chessington World of Adventures are all within easy reach by car.

Very dogfriendly. The personel was really sweet and had eye for every detail. We could relax and have the dogs with us all the time. Good time for everyone.

Set 8.1 km from Box Hill, The Observatory Annexe offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The property is around 23 km from Nonsuch Park, 26 km from Hampton Court Palace and 28 km from Morden. The property is non-smoking and is located 18 km from Chessington World of Adventures.

The annexe was a beautiful home for us for a week, while visiting family in the area. It is completely secluded and private yet still close to Dorking town-center. We often walked through The Nower, which was beautiful to be around. The property & the hosts are exceptional. The flat/living space is small cozy but has everything you need. All brand new appliances. Well kept, & very clean. We worked while our stay, the wifi was good, no issues. I think once the weather is warmer (starting May) it might be even better with using the patio space. We'll definitely be back.

This B&B is an absolute gem. Good location, quiet. A big bedroom and everything spotlessly clean. Jill is a great host, makes your stay really enjoyable and has great recommendations for restaurants, activities etc. I would definitely stay again, should I be in the area.

Offering a garden, Crockers Farm is located in Dorking, 7 km from Denbies Wine Estate. Box Hill is 8 km from the property. Free private parking is available on site.

The accommodation is fitted with a seating and dining area. There is also a kitchenette, fitted with a microwave, toaster and fridge. A stovetop and kettle are also provided. Crockers Farm features free WiFi throughout the property. Towels and bed linen are available.

How to begin to describe what a wonderful stay we (my elderly mother and I) had at Crocker's Farm? We knew we were coming to a farm/livery yard but we had no idea how spacious Hulio's House was going to be. Thom was fabulous, the horses were great, the location was exactly what we'd hoped, the shower had great pressure and was warm, the toilet flushed, the self-cater facilities were amazing (there's an OVEN! we made a take-and-bake pizza!). It was an absolutely fabulous time. My mother had the bedroom and I had the convertible sofa. I expected a mediocre sofa experience because in my life I'd only had a mediocre sofa experience. Y'all, listen up, because I'm about to preach. This sofa bed was hands down the most comfortable sofa bed I've ever used in my life. If Thom wanted to disclose the origins of such a sofa bed, I'd be looking to buy one for the guests in my own personal home, hint hint. In addition, Thom was an absolute gem about helping us navigate some local issues such as meeting up with a friend of my Mother's. PS: Pardon the mess in the photos, it was entirely ours and not Crocker's Farm's. I took photos of the space as it was that we were using it. PPS: All the items shown (shower gel, for example) were provided by Crocker's Farm.

Located on the outskirts of Dorking, Surrey, this charming 16th century inn provides easy accessibility to both Heathrow and Gatwick Airports, the M25 and the Channel Tunnel.

Located between London and the South Coast, The Running Horses is situated in a beautiful area of the county in the little village of Mickleham, just off the main road from Leatherhead to Dorking.

We selected The Running Horses for our stay primarily because of its long history--over 400 years--as an inn. It was a great experience from start to finish. The facility was wonderful, authentic, and run like clockwork. It was only on our last day that we learned the inn is the 2023 winner of the National Pub & Bar of the Year Awards, and it shows from the professional staff, to the delicious and locally-sourced food and drink, and especially the welcoming atmosphere. Hopefully, we can return for another visit!

Because of a plane arriving much later into Gatwick than planned , I arrived at the hotel after closing hours . I had already contacted them to say that there was this possibility but it was not a problem and they advised me that the key would be in the door of my booked room .much appreciated after a long journey.

We were totally impressed by how welcoming they were for our dog. The room had a doggy bed and water bowl. There were also dog treats and a dog toy to entertain her. The well behaved dogs were allowed off their lead.

The location is very nice, in the country but close on driving distance to Dorking town. The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful. It has a nice pool. The people that woks there are amazing and very helpful (specially Jose at the breakfast). Breakfast was very good and wifi was working perfectly. It was raining a bit and they loan you some boots to walk around. It is also pet friendly.
