Very friendly and helpfull staff, the room was comfortable and quiet, the food at dinner in the bar was very good and reasonably priced, and we had a very nice breakfast. The hotel is set in lovely grounds with opportunities for woodland walks.

Really well considered homely, comfortable- above and beyond facilities (lovely robes , kitchen , great bath) the best pub and restaurant with the accommodation

Location is very nice near the private marina and the Swan sanctuary. Main reception and restaurant have a nice vibe.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was excellent and the staff on duty extremely pleasant and friendly. They provided a lovely pet bed plus bowls and treats. A nice walk round the grounds for the dog.
Hotel grounds lovely and we used them for our dog walking. Room very comfortable with a huge and very comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever seen and all the staff very attentive and helpful
The staff and the room and restaurant were A*
Great location
Dog friendly
Would highly recommend to others.
Lovely calm atmosphere.
Quiet despite being full
Excellent parking
We took her dog and the room was catered for us perfectly with a dog bed and bowls laid out, we were on a GF patio so could easily exit the room for the dog walks etc, the staff were very freindly to us and our dog. we were pretty much aloowed everywhere except the main restaurant but there was a separate section plus the bar area where we could sit and eat & drink with the dog.
I loved the pet friendly attitude. The blankets bowls and beds supplied were enjoyed by my doggies. Oh and the spare rolls of poo bags were an unexpected useful gift!! The grounds look amazing sadly I couldn't utilise them in the dark so I may have to return. The room was ideally located next to the reception albeit a little noisy when guests were leaving.
The location was perfect for our dog competition and having stayed here previously with no issues we had expected this to be a nice easy stay in preparation for competing the next morning.
We like that there are plenty of areas to walk our dogs without being in the way of other guests including grass areas as my dog needs grass! The parking is great as I need to be close by due to my physical limitations and using a Blue Badge.
