Really well presented properties. Clean, well organised, comfortable and very close to amenities. Lovely views looking out over the River Wye. Very peaceful, we had a lovely stay despite the very wet weather.
In Hay-on-Wye, The Swan at Hay is positioned between the Brecon Beacons and The Black Mountains.

Lovely heritage building, great location, really friendly staff, and the food is excellent. I felt like a guest at a friend's country home rather than a hotel guest.

Staff was friendly, room was quirky and felt like you were going up or down hill. Reminded me of home when I was young. They had evening meals so stayed to eat saves finding a restaurant.
Offering a variety of animal-adapted amenities, these properties provide a pet-friendly stay. Services may include sitting services, specialized bedding and dog walking. Some hotels even offer quirky perks like a gourmet room service menu for pets, as well as catnip and scratch poles.
Beautiful location - peaceful, tranquil and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, the river and lots of walks.
The accommodation was clean, comfortable and had all the essentials for self-catering options.
Justin and Nancy (hosts) were lovely and couldn’t be more helpful.
Highly recommended.
Wonderful location (beautiful and peaceful), hosts were so friendly, the space and facilities were carefully thought through, real attention to detail. Lots of lovely touches, the tote bag and print as gifts. This puts the glamour into glamping.
Every detail had been thought through by the hosts, beautiful location, everything you could think of you might need is already available, Outside showers amazing
