From the moment we walked in we were welcomed with a smile and friendly staff. The room was lovely and clean with a good sea view.
The hotel was spotless with an eclectic range of furnishings and I was glad to see some of the original features had been kept
We had drinks in the bar and the staff again were very accommodating and produced big bowls of nibbles with our drinks which I thought was a nice touch
Breakfast was piping hot, well presented and delicious with a range of cereals, fruits, preserves and butter or margarine. The coffee was good. They couldn't do enough for us

Had easy parking at the front of the house. The larger bed was comfortable but had to go to my daughter who has a disability onto of being heavily pregnant leaving myself.and grandson on a broken sofa. Had a nice view of the Tower. Was a bit scruffy but we have seen worse.

Owner really nice and helpful. Good to have him nearby in case of issue. Flat wasn't rented next day so allowed us to stay longer for free. Nice touch leaving milk and tea.

We had a wonderful stay. Lovely spacious room with very comfy beds. Beautiful touches throughout - flowers, ornaments and pictures. Very quiet for a great night sleep. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and tram stop. Lynn made us feel very welcome and is a fabulous host. Continental breakfast was very nice and very kind to provide bottled water, snacks and extra coffee/tea/hot chocolate

The location and view is perfect, you just can't get sick of looking out those big doors!! The apartment is immaculate and so homely! Love how dog friendly it is having blankets supplied for the sofa and a dog bowl. Hosts are lovely and welcoming and there to help with any problems.
