Fabulous place, beautiful setting. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!! The rooms are amazing, lights in the wardrobes, iron, ironing board, coffee machine, everything you could possibly need. The apartment setting on the Netherby Hall estate is stunning and importantly for me, very dog friendly. Apartment was scrupulously clean on arrival and the amenities are first class. Staff are friendly and welcoming, with special thanks to Geoff. A courtesy shuttle is provided to the Pentonbridge Inn where the food and service are exemplary. A perfect sanctuary over Christmas and I have no hesitation in recommending highly.

Well, what a gem!! Absolutely loved staying here. Idyllic, peaceful, lovely and clean, so cosy and the girls enjoyed the play area! Great value for money! Welcome hamper was such a lovely touch, the Prosecco was very much appreciated. Tracey and Dave, the owners, were really friendly and made us feel so welcome. We loved the owners 2 dogs too! I loved that we were notified on the day when The Flat was ready for us. Any messages were quickly answered. As we were taking our dog, they let us know where the bowls and bed were located, and they left some dog treats. Everything was clean and tidy. We found the beds clean and comfortable. Easy to locate and not far from shops and can have food/takeaways easily delivered if you need to. If I need to stay in Carlisle again, I will definitely stay here.
