Very impressed, this was a great place to stay, everything exactly as described. The hosts have thought of everything guests need from kitchen utensils and herbs/spices to extra cushions and blankets.
We really liked the decor also, and the hosts have made such great use of the space available. Our son loved the hanging chair and our little dog loved the outdoor space (we could close the gate and let him roam).
We will be returning again :)

We liked the staff, friendly and helpful. We liked the food excellent breakfast and evening meal. Limited menu but food cooked to perfection. We liked the hotel being dog friendly and no extra charge for our furry friends. Some hotels are charging exhorbatent fees up to £25 a night per dog. Our dogs enjoyed their stay and were made welcome. The hotel is ideally situated between Lowestoft and Yarmouth and within minutes of the lovely dog friendly beach at Gorleston.
This was our third visit and we will be back.

Perfect for a family with teenage son, sofa bed in the sitting room. Well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom.
Everything provided just a little suggestion, soap and washing up liquid would be great.

Spotlessly clean room, beautiful bathroom and a MASSIVE bed all in the most stunning location. Staff were absolutely lovely and so welcoming. Cannot recommend enough.
Lovely quiet location situated approx. 2.5 miles from Waveney River Centre ( Angles Way) . Good atmosphere within the pub and excellent food. Good choice and quality products. Staff really friendly and attentive without being intrusive.
Room was very comfortable, although due to it's location, with the window open you were exposed to the Noise of both the refrigeration unit and the extraction fans from the kitchen, The later were left on through the night unfortunately but the room was nice as were the Pool facilities.
