Excellent location in the heart of the new forest with the ponies wandering out the front of the hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful and very accommodating/attentive without being in your face. The room was lovely and the bed comfy with all that you need.

We don’t have a car but the Inn offers good approximity to bus stop (2min walk) and train station (5min by Taxi, £6-8).
The room is spacious and offers good amenities. The bed is also very comfy, we slept very well.

Staff were all really helpful and friendly. We weren’t expecting to eat both nights at the hotel but the food was so good we did !
The staff were the wre amazing, nice greeting for us and dogys. Lots of though gone into the dogs, like pet beds, treats, towels for dovys feet.
Everyone made you feel welcome, i have travelled a lot, and know the first welcome to a hotel, a good indication its a great hotel, and it was.
Breakfast was cooked to order and fresh, plus lots of buffet choice. Location was brilliant, lots of walks in the forest, on the doorstep.
