the building is both unusual and lovely. Its in a walled garden and very private, with a deer park outside the wall, its a location you just don't find very often. the decoration inside is well done, and the place feels welcoming and luxurious.

We loved our stay at the lovely Gramarcy House! Agnes was such a welcoming, helpful and accommodating host - our 2 year old loved her. She is also a brilliant source of local knowledge and recommended a great restaurant for us to have dinner. Our spacious room was beautiful and incredibly comfortable. And the breakfast was wonderful. On top of that, it's very centrally located in Brechin and has parking available. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Everything was new and modern, loved the garden and the little walk down to the pond. The views all around were lovely. Beds were really comfortable and everywhere was spotlessly clean. So peaceful sat outside all you can hear is birds. Plenty of space and dog friendly!
Outstandingly brilliant new owners. They are just as excellent as the previous owners. Food so tasty. Nothing is ever a problem. Very accommodating. Rooms are comfortable 3rd stay...3rd room and they never disappoint. Dog's loved their stay as always. Great location for lot's of different walks.
