Very clean appartment when we arrived. Excellent location as you have the centre of the town just around the corner with many restaurants to chose from as well as shops.
The appartment is very well furnished with anyhting you might need at your disposal. Dean, the owner, was very friendly and gave us very good instructions and guidance whever we asked for it. Kitchen is very well equiped so even if you want to avoid spending money in the restaurants, you can prepare stuff at home. (btw, a sieve would be a nice addition :-) )
Defently recomend it whether you are in town for business or leisure.

Everything at this property was perfect. From the wonderful owner Julie who ensured she was on hand - with Toby the official dog guest ambassador - to welcome us , to the design and the layout, the furnishings; quality towels and bedding and thoughtful touches like water in every bedroom, chocolates , fully equipped kitchen and great bathroom facilities and heating. The second downstairs toilet was appreciated. Location was terrific and close to Reading and local shopping centres . We are sad to be leaving

I only needed a place to sleep whilst visiting family nearby- this was perfect for my needs.
Location was perfect for our family stay. The hotel is tucked well back from the road in some quite stunning grounds. Parking was excellent. The reception staff were very welcoming and were clearly happy to meet our pet.
Great Staff and very helpful and nice. Lovely Pool facilities. Lovely rooms with decent amenities inside. Great location and loads of shops and centre nearby. Right opposite a petrol station which was also great. Nice and peaceful with FREE parking. Very warm jacuzzi and pool.
Breakfast was good, although you had to pay extra if you wanted a fresh coffee which cheapened the experience. The hotel is well located near a petrol station and budgens so you can easily get any small snacks or drinks and fill your car up before setting off the next day.
The location was very good and the fact that it was dog friendly and had the grounds to walk her was a bonus. Staff very professional / helpful / pleasant. Evening meal was adequate / reasonably priced and as children 11 and under ate free 🤗. We didn’t stay for breakfast. The price we paid for the stay was brilliant!
