We walked to the Boot, on a very rainy day. The staff were so helpful with our wet gear, sorting luggage, helping us to our rooms. The team was so friendly throughout our stay and the food was fantastic. and they really are dog friendly, Finn the collie loved it too. A really lovely place to stay!

Great location, lovely cosy feel in the pub - lots of character, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was great bigger than expected - with a sofa - good water pressure in the shower - and helpful space for boot drying. Food was excellent. Also dogs welcome. Very tempted to return.

Food superb. Well priced. Fresh wholesome and full of flavour. Room spacious and quite clean. Amazing location and views. Staff helpful and attentive. Price high as it was half term week. Very traditional pub with accommodation. Dog friendly. Which doesn’t guarantee clientele control their dogs well. Unfortunately.
