Location was superb, away from any noisy traffic and set in huge beautiful gardens. About 5 miles from Sidmouth, a lovely small seaside town, definitely worth visiting.
The owners were wonderful, friendly and helpful in every way we could have wanted and looked after us brilliantly.

The owners also had two lovely friendly black Labrador dogs who greeted us often when we parked our car.

Amazing location on Beer high street a few minutes from the beach.
Room comfortable for the money I paid for one night,which was £90 for x3 including breakfast so you can’t expect luxury but I was very happy with what we had

Food in the evening was not great wouod probably eat somewhere else for dinner in the village next time.

The hotel is conveniently situated in the middle of Beer, we stayed in room 8 which was the family room which slept 5. The room was very spacious with en suite and walk in dressing room. The room was spotless and had everything yhat we needed to make our stay comfortable. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast and evening meals were excellent. The hotel is also dog friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Beer. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Dogs are allowed. Car Park at the rear. Beer garden. Great breakfast. Excellent value for money.
The hotel is dog friendly and there are plenty of places where you can sit to eat and drink, with a dog, we had our greyhound, without disturbing others, or being so close that the dog was disturbed.
