It has all the amenities I needed for a short stay. Joyce was very friendly when I bumped into her, but she left me to myself the rest of the time, which I appreciated. A wonderful place to spend a quiet relaxing week. The house is located about a mile down a (well surfaced) farm track in the middle of crop fields with only one other house in sight. It was a real luxury to have a whole house to ourselves! The kitchen was well equipped. Amazingly given the remote location TV and WiFi worked very well. Bed was comfortable. Whole house was spotlessly clean and warm despite the cool summer weather. There is a range of shops within a 15 minute drive so no need to feel isolated. The surrounding Perthshire countryside is very beautiful.
