Great location, the caravan was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need for your stay, from kitchen equipment to cleaning materials. Bed was comfy and plenty of storage in wardrobe/drawers. 3 bedrooms, but only used 1 as just 2 adults. Entire site was dog friendly, including reception and boathouse bar. Owners responded immediately to question regarding the wifi. Overall, I would say a perfect place to stay, near to both Cresswell beach and Druridge Bay. Already, recommended to family and friends, and will definitely return ourselves.

A great pub venue with dog friendly accommodation in separate annexes. Friendly/welcoming staff. Food was good too. Overall decent value for money stay, and good location to explore the Northumbria coastline.

Stayed here before, it's a handy location for visiting friends and family when I come back to North East. Its also a good base for exploring the coastline. Has the added benefit of being able to bring our dog who usually stays in kennel. Very clean and one of comfiest hotel beds we have slept in.
Breakfast was tasty, good parking, large room and comfortable bed. The pub it’s attached to is really lovely, great food, friendly staff and dog friendly.
Location was good for the family we were visiting in Amble Northumberland.
Issues we had were resolved and dealt with courteously by the property owner.
The owner has assured us that the property has since been thoroughly cleaned, along with the carpets so hopefully the smokey smell has been eliminated.
