I don't remember what I wrote last visit in 2020, but the quality is still there. The room I had felt like it was half a floor with 3 single beds and a double bed. The agony of choice. Breakfast costs extra, but the buffet is well stocked. AND...you can also order something here around the clock. For example, burgers and hot dogs with fries. Wifi works well. In total: Very good price/performance ratio. Good location, easy to park. Stonehenge nearby, but also has its own miniature version.

How often do you get a chance to stay in a 150 year old carriage?! We loved the whole place. Wonderful staff and amazing atmosphere. The food was so good (we had burgers) and they were so dog friendly.

Totally newly refurbished and reopened a few weeks back. Our room was a feature room which was extremely comfortable and spacious. Food was excellent with a good choice in the dog friendly bar area or the restaurant where no dogs are allowed. Everybody who works there are so friendly and welcoming. A great location near to Stonehenge and Heale Gardens and situated in Amesbury town which is a thriving place.

The room was clean and comfortable and a nice size for a family room. Water & tea/coffee/hot chocolate making facilities were provided in the room and the inn was pet friendly which was great :) Aside from it’s handy location, it was one of the main reasons we booked the property.

Excellent location for the Stonehenge/Durrington/Salisbury areas. Staff were friendly and welcoming, with the added bonus that the premise doubles as a gastropub. Reasonable parking on the other side of the road, though this does fill up very quickly with regular punters to the pub. Rooms are dog friendly! Rooms provide tea and coffee with kettle provided.

The host had provided breakfast items. The location was quiet and it was easy to visit sites of interest by car. We also liked the tennis court at the back of the garden and equipment was provided, we were able to use the garden. We liked the river walks near the accommodation. Accommodation was suitable for dog lovers as the pet dogs would be in the garden occasionally.
