    We loved everything about the cottage. A home away from home! Perfectly located to explore the Borders and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we return to the area.     An absolutely stunning property that the pictures simply don't do justice to - it was much bigger than expected, and beautifully presented. The owners included little nice touches that made it even more special, including a box of the largest eggs I have ever seen (5/6 were double yolkers!) and some wine, a little history of the property and enough wood and smokeless fuel for the whole visit. A really lovely place in a cracking location to see the borders and I would definitely like to stay here again.

    Self catering, location superb visited Kielder, Paxton house and great coastal walks along Berwick. The cottage was perfect in everyway couldn’t fault it and pet friendly, showed up other accommodations we have had the misfortune to visit. Great staging post for our return home to Shetland. Hope to return, big thank you.

    Quiet location, fantastic hosts, great facilities, pub on your doorstep. Lovely walks with the dog within reach of picturesque villages, towns and beaches. Goodies on arrival incl wines, milk, huge local eggs, jams, croissants and biscuits, all very welcome after our journey.

    Large & comfortable cottage with all the amenities provided as well as thoughtful added extras from the hosts. Peaceful location, yet a short drive to many towns either side of the border. Very dog friendly with great walks!

    Beautiful well presented property in a good location, extremely comfortable with plenty of room there was just the 4 of us and the dog, the cottage would have comfortably accommodated more. it was lovely to have a Christmas tree up for our break over the New Year. Sally and Ian are lovely and are around should you need anything.
