Golden Valley View, hotel in Alfreton

Set in Codnor in the Derbyshire region, Golden Valley View offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking.

The place was so neat. The beds were clean and soft, and the rooms were spacious, especially the kitchen and dining area. It's located in a quiet location, with a Tesco Express store and a couple of restaurants nearby. Overall, it's an excellent place to stay and value for money too. I'd rate 10/10.

Ideal for the kids with the park and the farm. Good location for travel. House was very clean and had all the amenities required, including wet room and disabled facilities which my elderly parents really appreciated.

Lovely quiet location. Very clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. As a solo female traveler I felt very comfortable at Crich Lane Farm and would certainly recommend it. I very much hope I will be able to stay there again.

Location excellent Hotel looks tired, windows rotten, carpets worn, initial room tatty, upgraded to better room Breakfast on day one freshly cooked and excellent , day 2/3 buffet breakfast poor. Staff hit and miss, some pleasant , some grumpy. Drinks prices very reasonable. Bar food mediocre, burger tough to cut, even with a steak knife, chicken burger good. Chips overcooked. 😬
