The host was so very welcoming, friendly and super helpful, she couldn't have done more. I was made to feel special. Although I hadn't booked an evening meal in advance and I was the only guest, I was offered a meal which was splendid. The property is absolutely spotless, very clean and tidy. A magnificent property, beautifully restored to the highest level. A lovely breakfast too. I can not speak highly enough of the host nor the residence. Splendid. Very highly recommended. Thank you Gaell, you are a star. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Nice room, quiet and comfortable, good hot shower and able to warm the room easily. Breakfast included homemade yogurt and bread with high quality conserves and juices, cheese and eggs - no meat, by choice. Good choice of coffee and teas. The new(ish) owners are friendly and keen to get things right.

Everything. The Dutch hosts were marvellous and had literally thought of absolutely everything to make the accommodation and your stay simply perfect. They are masters of their game, helpful, interesting, friendly and extremely sociable. The rooms are immaculate. A super quiet location, if it's peace and quiet you're after then this is the place to go. And, if it's important to you, take note - the WiFi is the BEST I've encountered in the previous 15 hotels and B&Bs I've been staying in over the past 3 weeks. Amazing signal and super fast.
