The service and facilities are really poor. It is difficult to stay in a hotel, without a fridge, coffee or thee machine for 4 nights of stay, especially when you are with children 😉.
The rooms have never been cleaned in 4 night of stay!!!
The door of one room was difficult to open, that was communicated, but none came to check and fix the issue.
Perfect location- next to motorway and 5 min walk from train station. Manager was very helpful helped us to order halal food from a takeaway nearby in French. Wasn’t too busy and free parking. We were two women with 3 kids but felt very safe.
The staff were friendly although he at first tried to charge us despite the fact we’d already paid. He seemed disappointed we spoke French and stated that he hadn’t received notification from booking.com that we had a dog with us, although that wasn’t a problem and we just had to pay a €5 fee for him and then tourist tax. Other than that, he was friendly enough, but I had a strong feeling we would have been billed for the room a second time had we not been able to speak French! Good location.
