I arrived late, having walked in from 35kms further east along the Dordogne river, to find all restaurants along the way closed on Monday. Sandrine offered some Saucisson, which turned out to be a full three course meal! I was hugely grateful and spent the rest of the evening being entertained by the playfulness of the menagerie of animals that were interacting in the paddock opposite the caravan!

Loved the area in old part of town and the historical significance of the age of all the buildings in the area from the 1500’s and built from the rocks of the old castle that was torn down.
