The owners were friendly. The car was parked safely off the road. We ate our breakfast outside under a sun shade. There was a very good restaurant around the corner and Chaumont was only a short drive away.

Food was delicious but small and pretencious proportions for a set meal. Rooms spacious but very tierd and in much need of maintainence. Just tinkering on it's three star status in my humble opinion.

Cheap and cheerful but we knew that when booking. Idiosyncratic decorations were rather overdone but the location was excellent for the Chaumont chateau, garden exhibition and local restaurants.
The location is perfect for exploring the Loire Valley. The B&B is in a wonderful country setting and even though the weather wasn't yet perfect, it was a charming stay. The host is very hospitable, friendly and communicative. The breakfast offered many options and the coffee was great. The interiors are very stylishly decorated and comfortable.
Breakfast was excellent and taken in the farmhouse. The location was good in that it was walkable to the Chateau but quite a steep climb down to the village.
Very nice and spacious place. Welcome bottle of wine offered by the property owner. We had a very good and helpful communication with him, thanks a lot, Anthony!

Apartment is close to all the places of interest in the Loire Valley. We find it easy to visit a plenty of Château's around.

I found the couple who own the hotel very friendly and very helpful. It was very kind of the owner to pick me
up and take me back in time to catch the train back to Paris, which was of great help as I do not drive and it is a
fair walk from the nearest station!! It had been a problem catching a train from Paris, so picking me up was especially
kind. I naturally would not expect them to do this for everyone!
The sky on a clear night after 10pm when the street lights go out is a very special occasion??!!
We stayed 2 weeks to explore the numerous châteaux of the Loire. The location was perfect and the house is very comfortable, at a very peaceful location. Trips to Blois, Amboise and Tours were easy. Nearby we found also numerous wineries and great restaurants. The highlight was a Hotair balloon flight.
