We just moved to Paris for a new job and rented this apartment for 2 weeks, until we found a permanent residence. Before we have stayed in two other locations, more central but a lot smaller, so this spacious apartment was like a breath of fresh air. It looks like in the pictures, it's well equipped for cooking and it has a lot of storage room. We have used the washing machine, the iron and ironing board, all good. The bathroom - big bathtub, hot watter with good pressure, all good and clean. The toilet was in a separate room, plenty of toilet paper. There were many pillows of different sizes and levels of softness (my husband and I have different preferences and we were both satisfied). Also, we had many towels and a change of bedsheets for our stay. The apartment was warm, although it was in the middle of January, and very sunny all day long. The Wi-Fi was also good, we had no problems. Having a car, we had some difficulties sometimes finding a parking place, but we managed every time to find one, even if not on our street. The neighbourhood is very safe, with lots of shops in the vicinity. There is even a shopping center like 300 meters away.

Nice clean studio, near to a lively area but calm and safe (I particularly liked that the property was near to schools and nurseries so that I could hear a lot of children’s voice in the morning and in the evening). The garden was small but cute. Very near to the Bois de Boulogne and we could enjoy walking around the park. The owner asks the guests to the shoes off at the entrance so I could feel that the floor was clean.
