It was close to the ski slopes and on a lake. We were also able to access the bar in the adjoining hotel. Host was great with letting us check in early- and once we worked out how to check in (not at the hotel reception) it was very easy.

Value for money. You get a good bed with crisp bedding in a quiet environment. There is a lake and plenty of forest but still less than 30 minutes to the major Sastamala sites and events. The arrangement is a bit weird as the room is not managed by the hotel, but the communication was smooth an easy with everybody. The room is quite small but has all that was promised.
Great location. We stayed with our family (2 adults and 2 children, ages 3 and 5) and were very pleased with our experience. The accommodation was great - new, clean and quiet. All the necessary amenities were there, which made our stay extremely comfortable and pleasant. The accommodation had two separate bedrooms, the interior design of the apartment was modern and stylish, everything was well thought out and practical.
Communication with the reseption was really easy and friendly. They gave me plenty of useful information and getting in was as easy as they said.
View from the terrace was nice and the place was really close to the lake. Great walking paths around in the forrest.
Very clean and modern room with comfortable bed and good shower. We arrived on a Saturday and stayed only one night so we did not meet any of the staff, but the door code was communicated in advance and the room keys were easy to find. Breakfast for next morning was waiting for us in the room's mini fridge.
If you travel with kids make sure you visit Herra Hakkaraisen talo for lots of fun with the little ones.
