The casa de FLORINDA was beautiful and the owner made us feel at home, she was very nice, helpful, even brought us vegetables from her own garden. Kitchen is well equipped and the fridge was full with both food and drinks. We are both pilgrims, and this was the best accommodation we had on the coastal route to have a real rest, wash your clothes etc. We definitely want to visit again for longer next time.

Initially on arrival, one feels as though Villa Isabel is a modern bungalow, but soon you realise that in fact it's an old stone (presumably fisherman's) cottage that has been renovated and extended. It's surprising - it looks tiny fron the outside but is actually quite spacious inside with a decent sized sitting area, a dining area with a table for four and two bedrooms (one with bunks). The kitchen is a bit basic but functional - the fridge looks a bit the worse for wear but works well enough - I'm the same so I know what it's like! Odd though, that there is no dustbin. The main bedroom is a bit cramped but what you can expect from an old fisherman's cottage? If you are a couple you might have to climb over your partner to get to the loo. The owners left biscuits, cakes and other things (which I didn't partake of) and there was other stuff in the fridge. They told me that it is often used by Camino pilgrims and they provide basic provisions, which I thought was very decent of them.
