The hostess Ramona was really lovely. She was very helpful as soon as our booking was confirmed and quick to answer questions.. I was, to be honest very suprised by our room. It was really beautiful, very clean and went way and beyond my expectations for the price I had paid which was so reasonable. Also we didn't get charged extra for our little dog she stayed for free. Julieta is a wonderful host. We had some issues with the stairs (traveling with people with reduced movility). I did the reservation through my phone and it happens that booking.com doesn't say anything about stairs when booking using a phone instead of a computer, but Julieta was very receptive and help us with a solution, in fact we decided to stay only one night but at the end we stayed 3 nights because of the way Julieta and her husband treated us and help us. The house is beautiful and you will find almost everything you would find in your own house. You will feel as you were in your own home.
