Nice small room for short stay. Has mini fridge to cool off drinks, bed and barhroom were nice. Breakfast is decent, have some meals to choose from. Overall good place to stay for few days trip!

We were welcomed by a lovely receptionist called Alice. Such a warm and friendly young lady who had managed to sort out a disabled room. She made a fuss of our doggies, too. We asked her to recommend a place for menú del día and although she didn't know, she asked another staff member. The restaurant was called Trozos, and it was fabulous.
Our room was outstanding, the best room we've ever stayed in for over 10 years. The ladies who were working upstairs were also delightful. When they saw we had doggies, they brought comfy clean dog beds and feeding bowls! We felt like VIP's from start to finish, and we WILL return, for sure.

I liked the overall interior, level of customer service and the location of the hotel being beside a notable supermarket such as Carréfour. It was a pleasure staying at this hotel during my time in Madrid.

It has a very good location—about half an hour from Madrid City Center by car—and is a perfect choice for a one-star trip around Madrid (Toledo, Segovia, etc.). The hotel is about 3 minutes drive from the highway.
The rooms were spacious.

The staff was nice and helpful.
Very good breakfast (Eggs, cheese, sausages and pastrami, fruits, bread, etc.).
The location is very good, you have many grocery shops and places to eat and drink nearby.
The parking is very useful for those coming with their own car. Your car or rental is safe in the underground parking.
There's an elevator you can use to go to your room, which is very useful, especially when you have luggage with you.
Most of the people at reception are very friendly and ready to help.
The bed was ok to sleep in. The room could have had better lighting, but it worked out.
