We very much liked this place. The owners were very friendly, kind and welcoming, they spoke perfect english. Our messages were responded immediately. The location was very suitable for us, near the beach and the city center is a short walk away. There were no problems with parking the car on the street, if you can't park it directly in front of the house, you could find a spot a few houses away. The rooms were spacious, very clean and had a slightly Scandinavian feel, which we really liked. At the same time, the hotel itself was in a very Andalusian-style building, and the whole combo was very cool. Our room didn't have a terrace, but we didn't miss it at all, because if the weather had allowed, we could have used the great roof terrace or inner patio. In short - one of the best value for money places I've been to on the Spanish coast. Highly recommend it and we will come back as soon as possible.

The property is incredible. Pictures don’t do it justice. We hadn’t anticipated how BIG the apartment was. It’s a townhouse. The views from the top floor terrace is surreal. The staff was amazing. Jose kept in constant contact, sent a list of recommended restaurants in the area, and was available to answer questions at any time. If this place is available- BOOK IT! You won’t be sorry. We are so sad to had to have left.

The house is super clean. The hosts are very nice and responsive. The house is well equipped with everything you may need, including towels, bedding, soap, shampoo, everything necessary in the kitchen. We enjoyed having meals outside on the terrace. It's great that pets are allowed and our two dogs had a great time in the garden. Also, there are nice nice restaurants and a bodega just a few minutes walk away. It's an easy drive away from Chipiona, Rota and Playa Ballena.
