In principle, the stay had potential, especially because the price-performance ratio was basically right.
The location is good, especially if you are traveling without a car. You can find everything you need within walking distance: a well-stocked supermarket, bike rental, pharmacy, beaches, aquapark, and restaurants. There is a nice pool area, and our room was functionally furnished and not too small for four people due to its good, although the furnishings were getting on in years.
The staff was quite nice and helpful.

The location of the apartment was good, close to a few beaches as well as restaurants and bars.
Pool and surrounding area are OK, but very little shade.
The manager was friendly enough and did book a table for us at a nice restaurant in Ciutadella for my 60th birthday.
