The apartment is new and very clean. It is situated within walking distance of downtown Valencia. We found free parking close by on an adjacent street.

Location and property were great. It had all the facilities anyone could need including washing machine, dish washer, fridge/ freezer, cooker, oven and kettle. The shower was excellent and the property was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean with great décor.

I've chosen this hotel, because it's dog friendly. There were a lot of people with dogs as well. There are enough parking spots, but they are quite narrow.
This place is very close to the center of Valencia! During the day you will get a taxi for about 10-12 euros! It's very cheap. Generally by car IT is very close! Next to it there is a shopping center with all the most important boutiques, a beauty drugstore, a nail studio, cafes, a great Japanese restaurant, there is also a Carrefour, Lidl .....and! A great pet shop ( tienda animal) - if someone travels with a dog like me:)
The rooms are very well soundproofed. Everything is fresh and newly decoreted.
I was really surprised at how good this 2 star hotel was, we travelled by car and needed somewhere clean safe and comfortable to stay for the night with our 11 year old son and a small dog. The bar area is really nice and I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling by car. If you are not driving the location would be a problem.
