Our rooms were fine; the airconditoning, the showers and tv worked well. And my bed was comfortable. The breakfast was sufficiently filling although there was no choice. The parking for our car was very close and secure but not part of the hotel. And the staff were consistently helpful.

The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. The location is near the park and a fantastic encebollado place. The parking is secure, and the rooms are serviceable and clean. The beds are softer than average in Ecuador, with nicer pillows. There is a fridge in the room.
The location was perfect for what we needed to do. The staff was great, very personable and pleasant. They made the difference. The room was clean; they changed the sheets and gave fresh towels every day.
The hotel is centrally located, but in a quiet area. There's parking, AC, flat screen TV and hot water in the room, which makes it perfect for us. Check-in was easy and fast and the room was spotless. Sheets and linens were clean and the room was comfortable. The bathroom was a little small, but we didn't mind that because the rest of the musts were checked. Check-out was a breeze. Staff was courteous and helpful. I highly recommend it.
