We refused the breakfast as the place was so dirty. The standard of room was less than 1*
Not close two floors apart request ignored. Was necessary for disability to be next to each therefore forced to share a room time they’d refund but in the morning the reception was nasty and said it was our decision
Yes the carpets stained dreadful cracked tiles filthy shower and toilet all stained towels dirty bed was old one lumpy
The pool had scum around the edge and was cold not heated the stairs at entrance were very dangerous. Crazy paved!
