Exceptional response by staff and management (ie Stephanie) when local travel information requested and finally booking taxi to airport. Best option for travel into Hamburg is walk into Rissen and Bahn into centre. Can be delayed due to issues with the service.

In a really good location, not too far from Hamburg city centre but in a nice quiet area. Great restaurants nearby.

No food or bar, location is in an industrial estate. Room was spotless, access was difficult (up a narrow spiral staircase to 6A). The room itself was fine, it had a fridge but no kettle. If you just want a cheap room to get a night’s sleep, it’s grand, but don’t expect more.
It is a beautiful and quiet place, spacious and well equipped. Its location is excellent, you can walk to see the surround and buy what you need. There is also a lot of nature nearby that you can enjoy. The host is very kind.Has been an experience very nice.
