Everything!! From the moment we were greeted by the lady on reception who was charming and helpful we knew we were going to love this place
The room was spacious and comfortable especially the bed and the pillows, the shower room was large with an excellent shower,we also had an outside sitting area.although on a fairly busy road it was peaceful
We ate in the restaurant the staff were so helpful with the German menu Josie explained everything perfectly, the food was outstanding and delicious the best we have had on our European trip,the other waitress was very pleasant

Nice little family driven hotel with a restaurant. Good location close to the high-way, which makes this a good choice when passing by. The rooms were clean and spacious and the host was very friendly. Nice café right across the street where you can have a breakfast.

Lovely location, staff very welcoming and offering help to my disabled mother. Breakfast was good choice though slightly expensive. Meal in the restaurant was good. Room on ground floor with door out to small seating area with hedged grass border. If you did not have your room made up in return, you got a free bottle of water. Very pet friendly, blankets, bowls and treats left for dogs to use.
Everything was great. The apartment had everything we needed. It was very clean and in a great location. Quiet, but close to everything. Nice walking path right behind the house. An easy 15 minute walk to town and less than 5 minutes to the bakery and metro station that takes you to downtown Hamburg. Communication with host was easy, friendly, and prompt.
The breakfast had lots to choose from and our dog had a dog bed and treats in the room. We had dinner in the restaurant and that was tasty and arrived swiftly
