Nice staff all around in the hotel and restaurant. Very nice environment for a leisure trip a bit away from the city center but not too far if you’re driving. Nice breakfast in their cozy pet friendly restaurant with friendly staff. Room is cozy with a feel of antique atmosphere with a very spacious bathtub which was nice.

The hotel has an excellent location if you're heading to the O2 Arena in the evening. Its design is unique, making the stay a real feast for the eyes. The view into the atrium and surrounding rooms is exceptional. There’s hardly anything I could fault here. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety to choose from. I can see why the hotel has such high ratings.

We used the location during our bicycle trip. The room has been simple but clean, we slept with open windows, it was quit. Even if kitchen was usually not open that day, they prepared something for us. There's a place inside the building to park the bikes.
The hotel is OK, certainly a bit out of the way, but you know that beforehand. The staff was very friendly. Bicycles could be stored uncomplicated and safely. The beds were good, the room was OK. The breakfast was perhaps a bit plain.
