just about everything was superb. The house is very ample, plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, excellent layout with a homely and comfortable living area. The house has more than you can possible use on a short visit including BBQ and washing machine with everything needed for their use. The gardens are nicely landscaped and the location is absolutely amazing. on the top of a hill, surrounded by vegetation and the views to the surrounding valleys, Pacific Ocean and islands is breathtaking. The house was takes full advantage of the views with the bedrooms and living room facing them with huge windows and a lovely terrace to sit on and enjoy. By far our best accommodation in Costa Rica.

Really lovely host and the dogs were so cute and really friendly! She made breakfast for us which was so fresh and delicious and was happy to bring it at a time that worked for us. Apartment is very spacious with comfy bed, good shower etc.

Casa Clusia is a little gem in Monteverde. It is a spacious, very modern, brand new apartman, with extraordinarily comfortable beds, high quality beddings, nicely decorated. Location is excellent, quiet, nice area close to the forest, there are a lot of high end hotels and restaurants around. It is very clean. We arrived late (after 22:00) but could take the keys from the keybox. The staff is helpful, friendly. They offer a lot of activities around, including the "original canopy" (we did not try this one), also in combination with other tours (like night tour, hanging bridges, etc). The apartman is fully equipped, there is a big kitchen, huge fridge. The bathroom is also very clean and nice. We really liked the balcony, where we could have breakfast one morning. The next day we went to "Cafe Capucchino y Restaurante" for breakfast, would return! WIFI in apartman was strong, stable. Good recommendations by host for shopping, restaurants (Sabor Tico, there are two in Monteverde, the first one was so good (near the football field) that we also triede the other one at the shooping center, but it was not as good). The temperature in Monteverde was very pleasant, nice warm during the day but cooled down in the evening, we did not need air conditioning. Actually, the warm blankets in the apartman did a great service during night to sleep under !

Very kind and friendly hosts. Apartment was completely spotless. Peaceful location. It was a really last minute booking and the hosts accommodated me as quickly as they could with hardly a moment's notice which I really appreciated. Comfortable bed. Nice little equipped kitchen with seating area.
