Hotel had a great location overlooking the harbor with a great view of the sea lions nearby. Easy to get to from the cruise port. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Hotel was in very good condition and our room was on the 7th floor on a corner with loads of windows with shades. It was a very spacious room and the king sized bed was so comfortable! Also had great AC.
Location was very close to the cruise port AND the hotel had a shuttle company that charged $10 USD to transport us both with luggage to the port. That did away with the need for an ATM machine transaction for Chilean Pesos!! Fabulous value.
The breakfast buffet was delicious.
We loved the location with views of the sea and a working port from our patio . All the people working there were so nice and so helpful. We stayed there for 4 nights before a cruise and we were glad to have a few days to relax after a 13 hour trip with 3 flights to get there. We also stopped at a winery on our way to San Antonio from the Santiago airport and spent a day at Valparaiso as it was near. Hotel Puerto Mayor was a perfect place to relax.
