The agents sent me a detailed instruction the location of the property, contact numbers for the owners and some tourist info about the area. It was very useful. We booked a small cabin, but got upgraded by the owner which was nice. The bigger cabin has a kitchen area which was a life saver since all the restaurants were closed by 6.30 pm. The owners- father and daughter were very helpful. Gladys spoke good English. Cabin has a good size and a comfy bed. Bathroom was ok. Parking was safe within the property.

So much to like about this place. The room had everything you could need down to coffee beans and a coffee grinder! I was concerned that it would be noisy in the container room but the outfitting has been done to a good standard. There was a wall heater and the shower was super hot. Full kitchen was a bonus. The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke a good level of English. They organised an airport transfer for me at a good price and with a professional taxi driver. The roof top was a fabulous spot with space heaters for the evenings. And the breakfast, wow! So much choice and such generous portions, fresh baked bread and pastries everyday. Best breakfast I’ve had in Chile (thank you Luna!). Brilliant location only 5mins walk to Pablo Neruda’s house, and using the many steps only 15mins to the main square Sotomayor, it was such a pleasure to walk with all the cool graffiti. 100% recommend.
