The hotel is located a little outside of Ovalle and is, for the most part, tranquil. The gardens are lovely, well kept and completely enclosed - which relieves the fairly ordinary surroundings of the hotel. The pet llama-guarnaco is adorable as are the various cats. The staff are helpful and cheerful. The restaurant serves better food than is common in the region.
The location is perfect for those who are travelling, all members of staff from the hotel and from the restaurant were very friendly and polite. Food was excellent too. We had a wonderful experience there.
The place is quite good, and located close to several attractions. During the night there is some noise from the nearby route, but besides that it is very quiet. The swimming pool is ok, the restaurant menu is limited, but the food is good.
