The house is beautiful, the location is beautiful, and every detail in the facilities are high quality and apparently recently renovated. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The nearby village of Ruswil was great to visit; a gem to find off the beaten path.

This place really surprised me. It's an old building with a lot of character, but with fully modern renovation. The room is simple, but clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant is exceptional. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Also it's the first time I saw a breakfast buffet with a cozy fire burning in the fireplace (at 6:30 in the morning, such a nice touch).
Malters (Near Wolhusen)

Very nice, clean and welcoming place to stay. We only stayed one night, but it was very comfortable and we’ve had everything we needed. We didn’t realise that breakfast was included as I don’t think the description is mentioning it, so it was very nice surprise when the owners have kindly offered us complimentary breakfast in the morning. It was absolutely delicious. Thank you for your warm hospitality and we hope we will stay in your lovely guest house again

The hotel is excellent - comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, very quiet surroundings, plenty of free parking space. About 25-30 min drive from/to centrum of Luzern. "Come as a guest, leave as a friend" is the motto of the hotel, and for a good reason.
